Musostore.com specializes in distance selling over the Internet, mainly and almost exclusively of collectible products and children's products. The use by the customer constitutes an agreement to the following general conditions and terms of sale.

Content of the Web page

www.musoshop.com cannot be held responsible for any use of the Web or its contents by each of the users that does not respect the current legislation and regulations. The user is the sole and exclusive person responsible for the communication of incorrect, false or third-party information and data (in the event that they have not expressed consent in this regard), as well as for the incorrect use of the same.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the name or text entered for engraving is correct. At www.musoshop.com we will engrave the text sent identically, except for those texts that contain foul language, and we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Rights to the content of the Website

All content on the website www.musoshop.com (brands, texts, logos, images...) are the property of www.musoshop.com or, failing that, of its suppliers or collaborators. Any total or partial reproduction of the content by any procedure and on any medium is subject to prior authorization from www.musoshop.com.

All information, content, files and services offered by our service are protected by industrial and intellectual property laws and copyright.

www.musoshop.com does not authorize the copying, publication or distribution of any content to third parties who do not have intellectual property rights. Any fraudulent use of these contents will be considered as crimes related to industrial and intellectual property punishable by the authorities of United States law representatives.

www.musoshop.com cannot be held responsible for the violation by one or more users of the rights of third parties through their activities on the website.

Sales system and cancellations

To make a purchase of any of our products, the customer can choose between various payment methods and we assume that the customer is aware of our way of working.

The store reserves the right to cancel any order if said order has been made containing one or more products that have a lower price than the real one due to human error, or if the store suffers threats, extortion or harassment due to any problem caused by the order.

Accepted payment methods

PayPal: the customer can pay by credit card or directly with their PayPal account; in this case, we will also redirect you to the PayPal gateway to ensure the confidentiality of your data. It should be noted that this payment method entails a “commission” that PayPal charges for each operation and that when the PayPal payment method is selected, this commission appears.

Credit or Debit Card: the customer can use any type of bank card, whether Visa or MasterCard. All transactions are secure under the Redsys system and completely independent of our store. In other words, once you place your order, payment will be made on our bank's payment platform and will return to our website at the end.

In certain cases, and to prevent possible fraud, www.musoshop.com reserves the right to request a specific payment method from the customer (in the event that the buyer's identity is not reliably proven or we deem it appropriate).

Buyer's rights and return/cancellation policy

The customer will have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to inform the store of the reasons for which they wish to make the return. The refund of figures purchased will be made by the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Below, we indicate some important things that the customer should know before making a return.

What issues should be taken into account when making a return?

• If you have made a purchase by mistake, you wanted to give a gift and the person receiving the gift already had it or similar, the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, and said shipping must be properly packaged so that it reaches us in the same condition as it left our warehouse.


• When a product or order has been returned to the store, the shipping cost will be deducted from this return, except if the product has been returned due to a broken doll. If the breakage is because it arrived as is from the factory, the store will return the order in full, however, if this breakage has been caused by severe damage upon receipt of the package, you are accepting, as indicated above, the damages, so the shipping cost will not be refunded in the return.


• When the store approves the return, it must consider that the product must arrive in the same condition in which it was received; otherwise, if the store sees defects, bumps or similar, it reserves the right not to make the return, and will return the returned purchase to the customer.


• If a product arrives with minor paint damage or similar, due to manufacturing problems, or with a small wrinkle, a micro cut or some other minor issues, it will not be a reason for return for such reasons, so the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


• When a package is returned to the store, due to absences, rejections, etc., these returns entail the cost of an extra shipment, that is, when a package is not collected because it is not wanted, because after several delivery attempts there are absences or similar, a new shipping label must be made, from the destination location to the location of our warehouse, so the courier is charging for said shipment. Therefore, if a refund of an order has to be made later, the shipping (which we have made) and the return shipping (same amount as a normal shipment) will be deducted.


Can a reservation be returned?

After 5 business days from the reservation being made and paid for, cancellation of the reservation will not be permitted, but it may be exchanged for another product of similar value or, failing that, for a discount coupon or gift card for the value of the purchased product.


You must bear in mind that when a reservation is made, it may be brought forward or delayed, and may even take several months, as due to logistical reasons, these may be compromised and not arrive on the date established by the factory, so you must be very sure of these factors.
