About Shipping

When will my product ship?

We post an estimated arrival date on the product page. 

The product page contains the most up to date information as to when we expect to receive the figure.. 

Please take note that estimated arrival dates are subject to change at any time, and frequently do change depending on a variety of factors. 

When will my pre-order ship?

Once we have a firm ETA, you will receive an arrival notice via email. Right now we are aiming for the second quarter of 2025 for the figure to start shipping.

Will I be notified if my item is delayed / is arriving sooner?

Yes. We send e-mail notifications when there is a change in the estimated arrival date. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. An e-mail notification is sent containing tracking information once your item(s) ships out.

About Cancellations

Can I / How do I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, to do so please send an email to musotoys@gmail.com with the word "CANCEL MY PRE ORDER" in the title of the email and within it, indicate the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address

Note: the information indicated must match the information used in the pre-order registration.

Will I receive an email notification confirming the cancellation? 

Yes.

I received a notice that my order is going to process and ship. Can I still cancel?

When the figures are in our possession ready for shipment, we will send you an email to inform you and to confirm the shipping address. This step will be the last opportunity to cancel an order that has been reserved during the pre-sale period.

Once an order has been processed and approved to ship, the option to cancel the order will no longer be available.

If the item is already in transit, it cannot be canceled. 

Is there a fee to cancel a preorder? 

No.

Terms and Conditions of Participation

As a condition to participation in a Pre Order of Muso Toys, all participants must understand and accept that a reservation on a waitlist is not a guaranteed order. 

Waitlists may remain active for a specific length of time established and communicated properly by Muso Toys. 

If a waitlisted item becomes available, the account will be notified via email and have a limited time to complete checkout and purchase the item. Waitlist items are often extremely limited, a conversion does not guarantee fulfillment of the reservation, and items are fulfilled on a first-come-first-served basis. 

Because the products in waitlist are limited editions items, they are available only in very limited quantities and Muso Toys may not be able to replace an item that arrives damaged.

Muso Toys may at any time change the rules, benefits, conditions of participation of a pre order without obligation to its participants. If this were to occur, you will be notified in advance via email and on our website.
